a) Function:

One of state management to examine, control market , face to illegal trading, imitation goods, investigation and examine on abeying law in industrial, commercial activities by both of organizations and individuals in the province, communicate, introduce commercial law, policies, sugguest to Province People’s Committee and the Department solutions to maintain commercial law and preventing law violence, recoment authorities to changem add and issue legal minutes related to market management. Permanent assistance to the Department to coordinate profesions, levels in the location to face to in legal trading, imitation goods in the province.

b) Tasks, authorities of divided sections:

- Discover, examine illegal, immitation goods; Examine on business registeration and abeying regulations on Commerce and Industry; Discover violences on commercial law in the location, authoried by the branch.

- Interurption and treatment on commercial violence with in it’s authority. In case of over authority, will report to Head of Branch to treat.

- Coordinate with related organs to examine and treat violences that related to alot of fields.

- Suggest to the branch to submit to authority solutions to control, present violences commercial law in the location, improve mechanism, policies, law.

- Collect market informations and report regulationly.

- Examine acctivities by investigators on regulations and law on market exemination

- Manage and implement regulations and policies on staffs as authorized, manage finance, property, equipment, stamps, document preserve as regulated.
