a) Center Mechanism:
Thai Nguyen Trade and Promotion Center (Thai Nguyen Administration of Industry & Commerce) was established under Decision No.2953/QD-UB dated November 26th 2004 and Decision No.655/QD-UB dated March 13th 2008 of Thai Nguyen People’s Committee. The Center assists and consults to leaders of Thai Nguyen Administration of Industry & Commerce and Province’s People’s Committee and Department of Trade Promotion to manage and attend trade promotion, industrial, service activities in the province. The Center is state non-productive unit with legal personality, independent stamp and account in Province’s State Treasury and Bank.

c) Main responsibilities of the Center:
1. Collect, process and popularize industrial commercial information, services for economic organizations and enterprises by news, website and printed publication etc…
2. Advertise products, images of economic organizations and enterprises in location to domestic and foreign partners; support to enterprises to develop trademark, electronic exchanged stage; apply new technology, impulse import - export and attract investment. Consult, directly organize Trade Fair, events for promoting trade, industry and service.
3. Coordinate with functional organs to organize training , professional refresher courses for enterprises.
