- Assist to Department"s leaders to build up plans, annual long – short term programs on industrial encouragement and industrial development consultancy; Submit them to authorities for approval and implement after being approved.
- Submit list of industrial professions and crafts invested from industrial encouraged fun depended on socio-economic situations in the location to authorities for approval
- Propagandize and popularize state mechanism, policies, laws on industrial, small scale industry development. Organize observations, experiences exchanges, surveys and cooperation among industries and home craft enterprises, trade villages in and out of the Province. Suggest investment policies for industrial, small scale industry development in the Province.
- Establish relations, co-operations with organizations internal and external to attract invested capital for industrial encouragement activities.
- Coordinate to industries and state levels to implement industrial encouragement activities,
- Organize consultative, service, productive activities for organizations and individuals in the location on development of industries and home craft enterprises, trade villages
- Other tasks assigned by the Department"s leaders.
