Responsibilities to Province’s People’s Committee and Ministry of Industry and Commerce for managing functions and tasks and authorities of the Administration under the provisions of laws. Leading, general managing all of activities of the Administration, follow state policies and law.

Directed responsibilities

1. Strategies, plans, programs, projects and mechanism policies for Industrial, commercial service development.
2. Personnel organization, finance activities, state budget management of the Administration.
3. State management on mineral exploitation, procession; about commerce, provides and uses of industrial explosive materials.
4. Chairman of council for civil servant and office-holder employment, council for assessing of changing type of civil servant and office-holder, council for raising salary, scale. council for assessing compensation and benefit of the Administration.
5. Market control in the province. 
6. State management on general inspectation and examination. 
   Depend on requirements of responsibility during each period, director may directly solve tasks which are assigned to the vice directors, correct assigned tasks among vice director’s or adjust part of works to vice directors.
